Confidence: The most important characteristic of being confident is in our ability to communicate what we refer to as that magical element of "Fire” and our ability to link it to our personal reason “Why”. When we have that "Fire" or burning desire, linked to our personal reason "Why". Clearly there is no stopping us and we all need that now. JOB will help us not only have it but maintain it and teach others to develop it. We teach you to do as we have done and that is to develop your very own "Automated Cash Flow System" or to use JOB "Joy Of Business".
Webster’s Dictionary defines “fire” as: Characterized by the heat and light of combustion, brilliant display.
Webster’s Dictionary defines “flat” as: Having little depth, without gloss?
Webster’s Dictionary defines “why” as: For what reason, cause or purpose, what is our motive?
If we lack “fire” and have no certainty of “why” who care what we have to say, we are just “flat”? If we are doing a group presentation, lets contemplate the perspective of being “flat”, or on “fire” with that added element of our “why” which solidifies our message?
FIRE: Consider the concept of “fire” . People don’t buy companies, products or ideas as much as people buy who we are being. So who are we being and how are we being determines our level of influence? Do we truly believe in what we are speaking about? Is there an emotional element? Are we up just saying what we think sounds right or are we genuinely excited, have passion and “fire” in our voice? What dose “fire” have to do with it? Well, we think everything, due to the fact that we, so often, see so little of it. Lets consider what will inspire us to ramp it up emotionally? We often hear we need to examine our “why“! Is our “why” big enough? If someone we love calls us with an emergency, we rush to help, which seems like the natural thing to do. We don’t think about it we just do it. It’s because of our “why”, or our reason for doing something is clear and important. How can we make our reason for developing “fire” , passion, burning desire, to accomplish something we deem important, to inspire ourselves and others beyond our imagined limitations? How can we be that person with the infectious “fire” that inspires us to a call of action? Who do we need to become to inspire others to be who they would like to become? How do we define “fire” and link it to our “why”.
1.) Write out “why” . Ask ourselves, “why” do I want the “fire” in my vision of the future?
2.) Be specific and clear for example: “I want to be able to have the “fire” to empower me to do or accomplish X in my life.
3.) When we find ourselves slipping on our vision of who we are becoming and where we are going, re-visit our reason “why”.
Why: We often hear that we can’t give what we don’t have. How can we experience that element of “fire” that changes everything and everyone we come into contact with? How can we develop that high energy that has a universal quality that everyone would like to possess? How can we communicate confidence with “fire” ? We communicate confidence with “fire” by being confident with “fire” . What is our source of “fire” and how can we become more involved with it and how dose that contribute to our state of confidence? This is where our “why” comes into play and lets help others develop in this awareness. It is evident when we have that true passion, “fire” and certainty we become electric wherever we go. What feeds our desire to just do what we love and share our passion naturally with others is our “why”.
